We are a small Bed & Breakfast located in the Atlantic Seaboard suburb of Sea Point in Cape Town.  Deane House is a modern home, located on a steep road on the lower slopes of Signal Hill, overlooking Sea Point and the Atlantic Ocean. 

1. ✤All rooms enjoy sea views and you can enjoy some spectacular sundowners from the privacy of your room.
   

1. ✤All rooms are ensuite; the queen room is a larger room with a sofa to enjoy the sea views with a larger bathroom with separate bath and shower. Our other queen room has a large balcony.
   

1. ✤Breakfast bread rolls, muffins and pastries are baked daily in our kitchen. Breakfast terrace with sea views if you prefer to eat outside. Gluten free breakfast available on request - please notify us when making a reservation
